Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, close to everything in the heart of the city, making it convenient to reach and explore nearby attractions. The rooms are beautifully designed with a lovely large bathroom, balcony, and a contemporary luxurious touch. The double and single beds provided great comfort during my stay. However, the lack of emphasis on customer service for three guests over two nights was a minor drawback.
Although room service was efficient, housekeeping could improve. The central location offers convenience but lacks a personalized touch.
The hotel had a contemporary luxurious touch with rooms featuring a balcony squashed together with 10 chairs. The modern bathrooms were a standout, providing a great touch of elegance. The location was top-notch, perfectly situated in the central area of the city close to everything. The dining experience offered optional Japanese food, adding a unique touch. Overall, the facilities were enjoyable and well-kept.
The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, by the big fountain, making it perfectly located close to everything. The rooms boast a good modern bathroom with a contemporary luxurious touch, and although 10 chairs are squashed together, they offer a unique setting. The service was satisfactory for our 3 guests during a 2-night stay, even though customer service wasn't a top priority. The dining experience is optional and not included in the rate, featuring tempting takeaway Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. Overall, the price offers value for money with minor room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel had a prime location in the central area of the city, close to everything. The rooms were modern and luxurious, some with balconies offering stunning views over Place Massena. However, the customer service seemed lacking for three guests staying two nights. Despite this, the hotel was perfectly situated for exploring the wonderful old town area, although I personally wouldn't choose to stay there again. The optional dining, featuring Indonesian dishes, was not included in the rate. Overall, the hotel provided a contemporary luxurious touch and convenience in the heart of the city.
